Exercise. It Does A Body Good

Exercise really does make a person feel more energetic and happier. Gallup asked 400,000 people about their exercise on that day and the previous week. They say a lack of exercise contributes more to fatigue than age does, "more than 70 trials found that exercising is much more effective at eliminating fatigue than prescription drugs..." They also found that people experienced feelings of well-being that lasted 2, 4, 8, even 12 hours later.
